Well I was with some friends and went on a scale and realized after a serious flu last week I had lost around 10lbs and was down to around 142 (yes, this is gross for someone who is 74 inches tall, but I did nothing but drink tea, cough, and blow my nose for 3-4 days).
I said I could gain back 10 LB's in the next 70 hours on a $10 bet.

Can I do it without going to a gym to to heavy weights and not cheating by grossly consuming massive amounts of food in hour 69-70?

Drink a lot of soda and eat a crapton of greasy, high-fat, high-carb things. Like chips. Don't move for at least 2 days.

Really though, I don't think it's too possible. Oh, and eat a cheeseburger you scarecrow (142lbs @ 6'2" !?)

This would be my routine normally unfortunately :) / :(. I was hoping there might be some good exercises that might target quick developing muscle groups in the body, or cause the body to store more food weight rather than sending it to the pooper.

i used to be a boxer that had to make weight by losing so things that you should not do are shower, pee, sweat...

water makes you heavy... so drink things like milk and soda...

eat food that is high in protein and carbs so that it stays in your system longer and more absorption... and sleep lotsof sleep no burning calories

you'd be amazed how much weight is actually water. I'm 6'2" and weigh about 220, and can easily gain/loose 5-7 pounds day to day just from water, food intake digesting, etc. So before the weigh in, drink an amazing quantity of gool ol h2o. ;)

eat lots of salty food, then drink loads of water. The salt will help you retain the water instead of peeing it out.

there's almost no way. you're talking about your body retaining too many calories. If they don't make you weigh naked, wear baggy pants and ankle weights.

Otherwise, aside from spending a fortune on fast food, and eating almost nonstop, you probably would have to go to GNC or riteaid, or wherever, and get some weight gainer 3250 and drink 3k calorie shakes nonstop.

though in reality you probably only need to gain about 5 pounds of actual weight, your body lost a lot of water fighting the illness.
