Does anyone know if GAIM supports "voice clips" for MSN Messenger 7.5?

I installed Ubuntu on my little sister's computer and she likes it but she asks me about this everyday. I looked at the GAIM homepage and found nothing with relation to the term voice clip.

If it doesn't support it, is there another Linux messenger that does?
