My boss just informed me that I have to let my employees know that until further notice, there are no more scheduled days off and no call-offs without a documented medical reason. This is going to suck. 🙁

It's not illegal

At least not according to that site.

Edit: You'll have to click through your city and state, but the information seems to be the same no matter what you click on.
 
I might be thinking of something else. If you are hired and you have earned vacation time and are to be paid for that time, then can they deny that time to you? They have to pay you for it but can they deny you taking that time off?
