WTF?! Why the heck have an e-mail address if you never respond through it? I mean this is the Dean of the ICS (Information & computer science department)... she HAS to check her e-mail regularly. I don't see how a Comp Sci. Dean doesn't.
It says in order to drop a course after the second week, that I would have to talk to the Dean. So I e-mail her telling I really need to drop it in order to avoid the F. To say the least... I couldn't get in the mood for school, as my mom is clinically depressed after my grandfather died and my grandmother went into a comma after rupturing a blood vessel in her brain. This was the first death I ever had to deal with in the family... and death is my biggest fear.
This was the first death I ever had to deal with in the family... and death is my biggest fear. I chose to e-mail her since its easier, and I would rather not confront her because its not soemthing I would really like to talk about in person.. especially with someone I don't know. But I said if she needs to meet me in person, I would be willing...

But she doesn't even respond! Sigh. Guess I have to go through all the trouble of finding her office, finding when shes in, going through all those assistants/counselors, and then having to explain everything to her about stuff I would rather not have to, etc etc.
