Gah, I feel so old

Steve

Lifer
A bunch of summer interns have been starting at my office for the summer over the past two weeks. Last week I went up and visited one (she's cute!) to show her how to log in, check voicemail, etc. We made some idle chit-chat, she's a college student not too far from here.

Today I got and email from her (that she should have sent to helpdesk, but oh well). She began it with: Dear Mr. Moore,

...

Oh well, I suppose it's not as bad as some older people at this office asking me if I'm married or have kids.

No pics, at least not yet.

Now try and talk with them about movies from your teen years, then you'll get strange looks.

Talk with them about tv shows, and all they care about is what happened on the latest episode of Lost. Literally, that is ALL they care about...

Just wait till 50 is behind you...and you have kids older than they are...makes you REALLY feel old...but they SYILL look good!

Wooderson: That's what I love about these high school girls, man. I get older, they stay the same age.

old? yes
mature? let's hope
more money? more than likely
expiration date? not even close
chance to score on younger hotter girls? you bet
you win? yep.

I'm only 25, and I still feel young! 27 is nothing buddy

Thanks all, some good responses here have made me feel better.

If her ID pic shows up in the staff directory lookup (intranet only), maybe I'll post it.
