Eegads, I got leaks sprung all over the basement. Damn this seattle rain!

Now to figure out some ingenious methods of keeping the water out....

The only way to solve your problem is to make sure all water (gutter outlets, etc) flow away from the house. As an example, to solve my similar problem, I bought a giant roll of black flexible PCV tubing and made all gutter outlets go to the back corner of my lot, which flows downhill into the street from there.
