Gag gift idea for $15?

Recommend me a gag gift for an office xmas party white elephant game. Has to be clean, ie not offensive, that I can have in hand before 12/12/14. Go!

Wind up chattering teeth. Or maybe get the wrapper from a blue diamond almond can and put it on those spring loaded snakes that pop out when you open it. Since its an office gift, maybe raid the office supply room and use sticky pads or a toner cartridge.

My family likes to put junk in a cool box. Like a shoe box full of leftover chicken bones. You have to know the person though...one persons gag is anothers insult.

Yea it's tough when you don't know who's going to end up getting it. Quick search shows some pretty lame stuff. I'm thinking about getting a roll of quarters and going to our local pizza joint and getting a bunch of those cheap toys they have in those little vending machines and putting them in a box or something. Might be kinda fun and useless.
