Gadget/Flashlight Site?

A little while ago, someone posted a thread which, if I recall correctly, was about buying a gift for someone and they were unsure of what to get the person. They wanted some kind of cool/unique gadget I think. Well, search returned nothing, but someone posted a link to a site that sells mostly high-end customizable flashlights, and other small gadgets. I lost my bookmarks in a recent Firefox crash. Any ideas?

It was the thread that had the candlepowerforums link to the cheap glow sticks/rings. Someone posted a link to a small store that carried individual flashlight bodies and heads. As well as complete lights.
