Seems like its a good time to upgrade from LGA775, so I'm looking at board and am wondering which one would be good.. Since these two boards seems to be about equal, which ones have better overclock ability/stability?

I have the E version of that ASUS mobo (see sig below) and like it a lot. I don't think the extra features of the Premium are worth the price. I decided to with the ASUS board over the UD3R due to issues I've read about over at [H].

A lot of people like the UD3R too though. Hopefully they can chime in with their experiences with it.

I agree with this, and didnt get the UD3R because i also herd of problems, mostly with memory compatability. I also have the E version, for a budget x58 board i could not be happier. Handles my 930 @ 4.2Ghz no problem.

I just know that my UD5 is plenty good, though vdroop is a bit much. How is it on the newer boards?
