GA-P35-DS4 and 8GB RAM problem

hi All.
I have GA-P35-DS4 rev 1.1 mobo with bios F13 loaded.

so far I had OCZ Vista Upgrade 2x2GB 667 MHz Ram 5-5-5-15
today I bought additional 2x2GB GEIL BLACK DRAGON 2x2GB 800 Mhz RAM

I have Q6600 set to 3.20Ghz (9x256)
so when All the RAM is there then I have it set not to AUTO but it's somewhere 712 or something....
DRAM VOLTAGE is +0.05 (OCZ max is 1.85V)
maybe I can put it to 1.9V so the GEILS will work a bit better ???

but my main problem is.... all is stable, but not one microsoft piece of gear I have...
I can't get VX-3000 microsoft camera to work... it hangs when 8GB is in mobo
when 6GB it works, When 4GB works too.
I'm on XP64....
Any1 can help me out ??? what might be wrong ??? is the camera drivers not working with 8GB setup ????
