hi does anyone own this board if so can you tell me how it oc's ? max fsb etc...

I would be surprised if anyone here owned that board. Or anyone at all, really. P31 is not as good as P35/P45 and doesn't come in the mATX form offered by a G31 board. So there's not going to be much of a niche for these to fill.
