GA-MA78GM-S2H won't boot

I've had my GA-MA78GM-S2H running for about 3 months now with a Brisbane Athlon 64 X2 5000+ CPU and when I turned it on today it does nothing. I tried a new 500W power supply, new memory, checked both power connectors and still nothing. I get no display of any kind and no beeps. Would you guess the board is dead or is there something else I should check?
