GA-K8U with Athlon 64 3500+

MicroCenter is offering the Gigabyte GA-K8U-939 with an Athlon 64 3500+ OEM cpu for $205 AR. Would you rate that a decent deal for the money? What would be a better combo in the $200 range?

Considering the Athlon64 3500+ is priced about $200 anyways, it is like getting the motherboard for free which isn't always a bad deal. Are you looking to stay with AGP? It is a pretty bare bones board, but it'll work just fine with stock settings and standard hardware. For an extra $55 or so, you can get one with PCI Express graphics support witht he motherboard ASROCK 939Dual-SATA2 here (picture is not product received) http://www.memoryexpousa.com/mbcoas93ulim1.html
edit -> And yea that doesn't have a MIR either, quite nice

Thanks. That one is worth a look too. I have a Micro Center near me, so I was hoping to pick up a board and cpu quickly.
