GA-K8NXP-9 PLEASE help me

hey..
i recently bought a computer..

spec:
amd64 3200+ 2.0 venice (stock cooling)
2x512 GEIL 400mhz cas 2.5
Gigabyte k8nxp-9
6600 gt
sata II wd 160gb
well..

whit the CPU i got i heard they got to 2.7 and farther with stock cooling ..
well.. i raised all the voltages...
i tried to overclock mine.. i raised the HT to 210 (2.1GHz) and =[ wouldnt boot
brings up a screen system frequancy overclocked somthing..
the ram timings.. there is no option in the bios to change anything..
i tried using software but if i change any! i mean anything the PC crashes (PS: i used A64Tweaker)
it could be the PCI that is making the broblem..
i thiunk there is no PCI clockrate lock..
so when i rais the HT the PCI clock will rise too

please help me overclock my PC (a)

I believe with the Gigabyte boards, you need to hit CTRL+F1 while in the BIOS to access the advance options.
