i dunno if u should go with the MSI K8N NEO2 Platinum or with the GA-K8NS Ultra-939....
the proc is a A64 3000+ skt 939 and the graphic is a Asus Geforce 6800 LE

its kind of urgent!

The Gigabyte board you're considering has had a lot of problems. I'd suggest the MSI board based on my own personal experience. Here's a thread where many owners of the Gigabyte board have posted their experiences.

Does the MSI Neo 2 Plat have probs with overclocking or something? I've heard you have to do mods to the board for memory voltages etc.

What about the Epox nForce3 939 board? Its pretty good too Cheaper and pretty much similar in features.
