GA-K8NS-I cannot Install XP

Help

Yesterday, I bought
MB Gigabyte K8NS (Bios Ver F4)
CPU AMD 64 2800+

moving from old PC
HDD Maxtor ATA 133 80G
RAM Speed 512 MB DDR 400
Nvidia GX 5500 128MB
CDRW Aopen 52x32x52


I tried to install Win XP many times
but system returning a lot of error message
such as 0x0000007E
Check hardware vendor for Bios update
ACPI.Sys Address F848F51B
Bios not fully ACPI compliant

Please help !!!!

So is that the newest version of the bios?

Bios version is F4

I borrowed a 450W power supply
I 8x Winfast MX440 display card

Still cannot install XP

I upgrade Bios from F4 to F5
Return error code 0x000000A5

I reboot and retry with [F7] being press,
return error code 0x00000050

The CPU is new AMD 64
The MB is new Gigabyte GA-K8NS
The Ram (Speed DDR 400 512MB is working properly in an PC using Magic Pro K7v-400 MB, AMD 2000+ CPU)

Whats wrong?

What brand is your memory? Inferior memory will make your computer flaky, something windows install will not tolerate.

I changed memory stick and installed xp
