GA-K8NF-9 Issues

Alright, I've got everything put together now and my computer will turn on (my first one I've ever built). Once it goes past the POST screen it says detecting arrays. I've got RAID disabled for that HDD and I've the the second spot for a HDD (don't have another) disabled as well. So what do I do? Do I let it do its detecting arrays thing or do something else? I put my XP disc in (the one I bought, not something that would come with a Gateway or Dell) and it's not booting from that disc. I'm not sure if it's my DVD rom drives fault or what (it's set up for CD-ROM for its first boot device). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What goes in the SYS_FAN spot on the mobo? I've got my 120mm fan connected to the PSU and the heatsink in it's spot so what goes in the SYS_FAN spot?

please re write that post so that it conforms to english standards. ^^ I have no idea what you said was plugged into what and what exactly you disabled and where.

normaly, while usualy a minute or two process, the computer will continue to boot after detection of array is done too. obviously it didnt, so what did it say. and what did post detect for connected drives?

First make sure everything is plugged in securely, then set the cdrom to boot first (disable second third and fourth boot devices, just to be safe) also make sure you have your master and slave settings correct on the cd rom drives.
