I am unable to get this system a hair past 205 Mhz HTT! I see people have taken it up to 290 :(
Basically at any speed above 210 the system will just post but it will hang right after testing the memory
Between speeds of 205-210 it will post but it will crash during the windows startup.

It's also highly unstable when it's running under stock configurations too! Any ideas?

I am using the following system

Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 Motherboard
AMD64 Winchester 3000+
Geil 2x512 MB PC4000 Platinum Series
GeForce PCX 5900
2 x 37 GB Western Digital SATA
1 x 300 GB Maxtor IDE

This is really frustrating! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a long shot, but try lowering your HTT multiplier from x4 to x3 and then see what happens.

I tried that, I tried setting the memory speed limit. Maybe the board isn't supplying enough voltage to the memory?

Problem is solved changing bios from F2 version to F1 version. I can go up to 280 Mhz FSB
