GA-K8N Ultra 9 & single WD Raptor?

Which controller should I use for a single SATA drive - nForce4 Ultra or Silicon Image?

Or does it matter?

I'd use the nforce4 one, it should be faster because the silicon image still has to go through the nforce4 chipset. Using the controller directly off of the nforce4 saves one step in the process.
