Will the heat sink block any of the SATA ports on the mother board? The video card I am leaning to buy shouldn't block any itself (Sapphire 4830) from the way the fan housing is designed, but if the fan turns out to be too loud, I am looking for a quieter solution, but still keep the SATA ports without having to buy a SATA expansion board.

There is a diagram with dimensions marked off on the Artic Cooler website, but I do not have the measured locations for the Saphhire Card.
