GA-EX38-DS4 vs ASUS P5E?

Anyone have a preference for one of these boards can can explain why? Im going to put my old E6600, Tuniq 120, 8800GTX and Geil DDR2 800 ram on one of em I think.

Will there be any problems with the ram on either of them? The tuniq 120?

Do they overclock similarly? Is there a better board around the same price?

I have the X38-DS4 and the P5E. I prefer the DS4.

The main reasons I choose the DS4 is because it overclocks better and the P5E has bad vdroop.
I'm using the Tuniq now and fits no prob, but haven't installed it on the P5E.
