GA-EP45-UD3P Motherboard can't see BIOS?

Sooo... I received some great advice in the past from this forum and wish to thank you all in advice for your help.

This is the machine I am building:

Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P Motherboard

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33GHz LGA 775 95W Quad-Core Processor

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)

MSI N9800GT-T2D512-OC V2 GeForce 9800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported

COOLMAX CXI-600B 600W ATX12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready Power Supply

Motherboard lights up and case fans start... fan for processor goes on and then two beeps or 1 beep and then 2 short fast ones.

I have switched the memory around and have disconnected the video card and reconnected video card but cannot seem to get anything on my monitor. Once I get into the BIOS I think everything will be fine... crossed fingers. Is it the motherboard? The Memory? The Video Card or ID10T error?

I suspect it is the video card and I am going to pick up a VGA card tomorrow to see if the BIOS will recognize and install drivers. Sound like a plan? Anyone?

Thanks.
