Hey I've been searching google and can't seem to find the answer for my question....anyone know?

I believe they are 1.1. This board AFAIK is just revision 2.1 of the GA-P35-DS3P.
I am not aware of any P35 boards supporting PCI-E 2.0. If 2.0 slots are important
to you, you might want to consider the GA-X38-DS4.

PCIe 2.0 is currently only native to the X38 chipset.
