Though I've been sitting on my hands waiting for Nehalem, a recent $17 deal on 2x1gb DDR2 ram has spurred me into upgrading from my s939 X2 4200+ system. That system was a bit sluggish on some games and I feel that I have been bottle-necking my 8800GT. I plan to purchase an E7200. I'm looking to upgrade on the cheap and these two mobos seem to fit the bill, but I can't seem to decide between the two. Their feature set is nearly identical with the exception of fewer PCI, but more PCI-E x1 slots on the DS3L. The onboard audio chipset seems to be better on the DS3L, but I'm no audiophile so it's not really an issue.
Any ideas about either boards? Any other boards that I may have overlooked (<$70)?
