Hi Guys,
I'm new to this forum and really appreciate if someone helps me regarding my problem.
I've built a computer with the following specifications recently:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
M/B: GA-965P-S3
VGA: Gigabyte 7600 GT 256 MB
HDD: WD 320 GB
Before using the GA 7600 GT graphic card i used PixelView 7600 GT 256 MB and everything was fine. I changed the graphic card to Gigabyte 7600 GT because PixelView graphic card's fan made so much noise. But now using the new graphic card my speakers make a noticeable static noise while playing games. I suspect that the new graphic card is the cause but i have no idea if its true or not. I'm an expert programmer but i don't know much about hardware problems.
The noise is not present while normal activities, playing music or any other situation. It only appears while playing games of any type that uses DirectX engine. My OS is Win XP and I've installed the latest version of DirectX 9.0c.
I really appreciate if someone guides me about how to get this noise away.
Thanks
