GA-965P-S3 and Onboard Lan Boot Rom

Hello,
I have GA-965P-S3 and wanted to use the wake on lan feature and thought "Onboard Lan Boot Rom" was it and enabled it. After saving and rebooting I tried going back into bios, after pressing "Del" to get into bios, I get a blank black screen with blinking cursor on top left corner and just gets stuck there untill I reboot. I goes into windows fine, just not into Bios any more.
How do I get back into bios?
Btw, I have 2 of these mother board and both are having the same problem, so I doubt its a bad mobo.
I figured out how to enable WOL, so do not worry about that.
