Have anybody tried the new F11 Bios yet? I tried it on my rev. 3.3 board and the DVD-ROM drive is not getting detected. Good thing I saved the F10 bios before flashing.

I think you should take this matter to the stickied thread on this motherboard

I found the solution to my own problem. It would help if I connect the power and IDE cable to the DVD-ROM drive. I'm an idiot.

Why did you upgrade to F11? were you having problems with F10?

It wouldn't happen to be an optiarc/NEC drive? I had a the same problem with the DS3 and after hours of searching I found a registry fix which cleared it. Try searching optiarc and missing drive or something. If it works you might want to post it (I should have done so when it fixed it for me but forgot)
