I currently own a GA-965G-DS3, but I'm looking to get rid of it (sucks for overclocking).
Looking at a GA-965P-S3 (can't afford a 965P-DS3), and the only two differences is the "D" solid-state things, and the Marvell LAN is 8056 for the 965G, and 88E8056 for the 965P.
So, is there a difference in the solid-state components, and is there a difference with that Marvell LAN? Anybody?

8056 == 88E8056 I think. I would just get the S3, I've heard the DS3 really aren't worth the premium over the price of the S3.
