I'm not looking at overclocking my e4300 to over 2.4GHz (9x266) Thus I dont need an OC king motherboard. Does anyone have any experience with this motherboard? Its not in my best option to spend $50 more for the 965P version

My experience with 945 chipset boards shows that you'll have a hard time even getting the E4300 to 2.4ghz, even though the board supports 1066mhz FSB chips. This was with pentium-d's that I was trying with, but with several differant 945 chipset boards, I couldn't even get the FSB to 1066 without overclocking the PCIe, which caused the onboard video to go haywire, and video cards to go unstable.
