I have a GA-945P-S3 rev. 2.0 motherboard. It says on the manufactures website that it supports dual channel DDR II 667/533/400 DIMM. Will i be able to run ddr2 800 or even ddr2 1066 memory in it?

and it might allow you to OC it back up... just be aware that you are overstressing the north bridge if you do so, and it might kill the board. But it will default to 667 so there is no action to take there, plug and play (it will even default to tighter timings on that)
