GA-8KNXP + Memory

I've recently purchased a GA-8KNXP and Im using my older PC3200 Kingston ValueRam 2x 512mb when I use either one of my memory sticks my machine is ok, but if i use both at the same time in whatever configuration the machine crashes and locks up intermittently anyone got any ideas???

Does this memory work with this board????

This memory works great with another board from Giga-byte but it was a AMD board.
