GA-8KNXP-Intel ICH5R or SiI3112r for SATA raid 0?

I have the Gigabyte 8KNXP, with 2 WD Raptor SATA in raid 0, and was wondering which raid controller would give me the best performance? I am currently using the SIL 3112 controller. Does anyone have any info on this?

Check out this review on SATA Raid chips on GamePC Review of SATA Raid Chips. Based on this review, it looks like the on-board Intel ICH5R is the way to go. Actually, most of the reviews and comments that I've read say that the ICH5R for Raid 0 is the fastest.

I plan on going this route on the PC that I'm building up.
