Wondering if anyone has success with setting up the RAID configuration for the Gigabyte mobo. I made the array but can one make that the only partition on the system? The system doesn't find the harddrives on the first two IDE channels since they are each on channel 3 and 4 respectively. Trying to install Windows XP from CD and it says no HD's are detected. Should I use FDISK to make the partition first from a boot disk?
Any information would help since the manuals don't help too much after the fact that the array is setup.
