GA-7N400PRO2 onboard nic

Last night I was messing with my XP2500+ and finally got a stable setting at 12.5x172. This afternoon when I got back from classes, my onboard nic doesn't work. I cant get online at all. I checked the switch, all the cables, and nothing seemed to be the problem. I tried resetting the bios, reinstalling drivers, but that didnt work. I install my Linksys card and everything works mint. The only thing I changed from last night until today was OCing the processor. I can still get on my schools network through it though. Im extremely confused right now. Anyone care to shed some light? Thanks.

What bios is that board using, and have you tried flashing to the bios for your board that fixes the lan issue?

I flashed to F5 a little while ago using @BIOS. Like I said, it was working fine last night, even after OCing. But this morning it wouldnt get online but I can still browse networks.
