GA-7DXR+Win2k+XP cpu problems

Ok here's the problem.

I upgraded my 1.3ghz cpu to an XP 1800+. I loaded F7 bios before I swapped cpu's. I left the clk_sw to 100mhz by accident and it boots up as XP 1150mhz. If the FSB is set for 100mhz Windows 2k will boot just fine. But as soon as I set it for 133/266fsb Windows 2k will not boot. When it set i for 266fsb it does see it as a XP 1800+. It compleates the bios check and everything just fine, but at the point where it would normally begin booting windows it just hangs there with a blinking cursor. It doesn't matter if Top Performance is enabled or disabled.
