GA-7DX vs. K7Master w/ 1.2~266 and XP1800+

I just won a free amd xp1800+, and I already have a 1.2gig 266 Athlon on a MSI K7Master mobo. From what I quickly gathered on the giga-byte GA-7DX it seems that it might not be as good a mobo as the master. The master supports the processor, but I was looking for opinions on the best matchup, or does it make a difference since they are both 761 chipsets?

Just looking for opinions.

EDIT: I may be wrong about the Master working, the site doesn't say it support past 1400+, but they took forever to update it for the 1.2 back when it first came out.
 
K7 Master is much better than 7DX. The 7DX was not one of Gigabytes greatest mobo's, but 7DXR was a solid one. I'd keep the K7 Master, and just a simple BIOS update on K7 Master will let it support the XP 1800+
