GA-7DPXDW: Having trouble booting to the network

I started having trouble with this motherboard when I notice the capacitors are fried. Luckily for me it was still under warranty so I sent it in and it looks like they just replaced it with a new one of the same model (GA-7DPXDW). I used to be able to boot it to the network no problem. However, now with the one they sent me back, the PXE boot rom doesn't even show up. I have the jumper set to enable the onboard LAN and I set the boot order so the only enabled boot device is LAN. Am I missing something stupid?
