Dont think so. 80nm for sure. 65nm is not very mature at this moment, while 80nm is not as mature as 90nm.

The next lineup will be definately al 80nm.

If the timeframe was H2 2007 then I would agree, but if they are coming out in the timeframe specified the most likely candidate would be indeed the 80nm process. We can dream though.

It's too bad though, to do the needed transistor counts for a mid range product like a 8600 GT on the 80nm node would place it in the 200mm2 die size range. Fairly large for a native mainstream core, but not completely unfeasible.
 
Lets hope for some games by then, that can take advantage of dx10. If not, who cares? Except of course for more competition in midrange.
