I'm not sure how much info has been spilled as I realy havn't been keeping up in these forums

But once I learned about eVGA's step up program I became intersted in the G80
If no one has even the slightest clue then just say that, if anyone has a hunch then spill it

_____
Price - I will be getting this video card, wondering how much I will have to pay for the steup up program (hoping it's under $150)

Video Card: eVGA 256-P2-N584-AR Geforce 7900GT KO 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814130033
($244.99 after $20.00 Mail-In Rebate)

PSU requirement - this is the PSU I plan on getting, unless it won't be enough (are DX10 cards supposed to be power hungry)?

Power Supply: FSP Group (Fortron Source) AX450-PN, 12cm FAN, version 2.0, 2 SATA, PCI Express, 450W Power Supply http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817104954
$51.50

DX9 - the G80 will have both DX9 and DX10? So I could play both Battlefield 2 and Crysis on it?

Are you expecting the new crop of dx10 cards to cost 400 bucks? Dont count on it, prices will go back to 600 bucks for the latest and greatest tech.

Yup, your going to have to spend more than $200 at least to step-up. That's why I bought a 7950GX2, so if I do step-up, it won't be a money problem. :D

And that power supply isn't going to cut it, according to some reports, some by anandtech themselves/
