Will this power supply power the G620 CPU, + the Radeon HD 6670 GPU + ASRock Z68 PRO3 GEN3 motherboard, 2 sticks of DDR3 1600 ram, 1 7200rpm sata HDD, 1 sata DVDRW drive, 2 led 120mm fans?
Or should we go up to the 430 watt power supply?
Or a different brand name?

When AT tested the Radeon 6670, even with an i7 920, it drew less than 200W (can it play Crysis? kindasortamaybe yeah but that was the full load test), so with the G620, assuming you want to reuse your old PSU should be fine.

I'm using a Core i5-2500k @ 4.2ghz, Radeon HD 7750, 4 x 4gb DDR3-1600 @ CAS8, Gigabyte Z68, 1 x SSD, 1 x 2TB HDD, 1 x BR-ROM, 2 x 120mm... on an Antec EA 380w 😛
