I have a dell 530 motherboard put into another case but want to flash the bios to overclock my E7500 I have looked at Foxconn website but it does not work. Does anyone have a flash that will work and instructions how to.

It's unlikely that anyone will have one...

It's a proprietary motherboard, so you would need software to edit the Dell BIOS.

Edit: Your best bet would probably be a BSEL "pin mod" from 1066 FSB to 1333 FSB, that should give you 3.66 GHz, though whether it would be stable... (you could technically pin mod the voltage too :))

For socket 775 it should be something like this...

If you decide to give it a go, let us know how you get on.

(It's not that hard despite the disclaimer!)

BSEL modding is easy. I just hope your CPU will handle the OC without any additional voltage needed.
