G3258 overclocking question

Pentium G3258 + Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H F6 BIOS
CPU at 1.2v (the max for this Gigabyte board), Corsair A50 cooler

With 2x4GB memory, I can only get to 3.7Ghz stable. If I take out either of the 4GB sticks, I can reach 4.3Ghz stable. Is there some other voltage I need to increase to make it stable over 4Ghz with 2 memory sticks in?

Disappointing overclock, as it seems like everyone else is hitting 4Ghz+ on stock voltages easy.
