P3 980, geforce 2 ultra 250/490
My Geforce 1 SDR could do TFC at 800x600 72fps.
When I bought the Geforce 2 ultra I thought I'd at least be able to do 1024x768(opengl). But at 16bit color I'm getting dips into the 40's in well6 outside. Tried 6.50 drivers and 11.00...
Any thoughts on why this might be? The cpu should be able to handle that along with the video card.
