I am getting a new pc soon and i am wondering how long the g19 and 19x cables are?

If the cables are not long enough, will it ruin response time if i use a USB extender cable?

Can't answer your first question, but for your second question: there will be no appreciable difference as long as the extension cables are decent quality.

Though I'd highly doubt you would notice the difference since a mouse and keyboard don't have as highly of bandwidth needs as a external HDD or dvd drive. As long as you buy a relatively known name-brand (i.e. Rosewill or someone like that) and not some unnamed or unknown manufacturer, you're all set with whatever USB extension cable you buy
