I love the keyboard but there are some things that need to be better... ok so heres the story. I go out to school and the cleaning ladies come like any typical week. I leave my computer unattended and of course its off. anyways apparently the person did something to break the screen of the keyboard. it displays a back light but no information comes up. Can someone help me here? this is a major incoveinience because well... i use the screen for civ4, vent cpu and ram readings, temp readings and alot of other things and over the past month ive been slowly getting used to them. have any of you guys had similar expieriences? feedback is appreiciated.

Thanks

Buy a new one; send the bill to the company that sends out the cleaning ladies. Although, I'd suggest first telling the cleaning company what happened, then buying one once they agree to pay for it. It's less dramatic, but will probably work better.

In any case, if the cleaning lady broke it (and you're sure of that), then the problem is her fault and either she or the cleaning company should cover the replacement cost.

Do you know they broke it? Could have just broken by itself. Call Logitech, they have _excellent_ customer support.

Thats why you leave the screen down (if it was down and it still broke, that cant be accidental)

Anyways, yeah, if the cleaning ladies definately broke it, then they should pay for replacement. If not, sucks to be you. Or calim it died on its own, call Logitech as was suggested.
