G15 Users- certain key combinations bugged?

I just bought a G15 and I love it for the most part, but started noticing sometimes I would not switch to a weapon in a game. I use the arrow keys, with the numpad keys being my weapons.

So after some testing, I found that certain key combinations do not work correctly in games, and I was wondering if someone could test this to verify. The games Enemy Territory and the Prey demo were used to test.

While holding the Up Arrow + Right Arrow (forward right diagonal movement), the Numpad 3 key no longer works. Using a combination of two arrow keys, other numpad keys failed to work. This must be tested in a game however, because the macro manager shows the keys fine (from recording an in-game macro of the above keys). In ET, I would jump while pressing Up+Right+Numad3 (jump is set to shift), in Prey that combination didnt do anything- neither worked like they are supposed to for weapon selection.

I'm hoping my G15 is borked and this is not going to force me to use WASD. WASD works fine btw, but that is using the regular number keys for weapon selection (and I suck at them being a long time arrow key user).

I remember something about certain combos being disabled. Might have been in the logitech website somewhere. Sorry.

Most modern keyboards have a contact matrix that they use to detect and transmit keystrokes. Because of the way the traces are wired, there are some combinations of key presses that do not work - they sort of short each other out.
