I recently spilled some soda on my keyboard and have got it back up and working EXCEPT the space bar. There is a U shaped bar for certain keys such as shift, enter, backspace. All of them are the same EXCEPT the spacebar. (The U-bar is at the bottom instead of top like the others).

Yes, I've cleaned up any sticky parts. I have made sure it's in the grooves like all the other U-bar keys, but it still does not work. Once it's pushed down it won't come back up unless I pop it up. Anyone else with this keyboard (Or maybe the G15?) Have any recommendations? I am at a loss.

Isopropyl alcohol... At work for some keyboards that have had something like that spilled on them and no longer work right, we give them a bath in the stuff (and let them soak for a while). It usually works, but not always. If you do this, be sure and let it dry completely before reconnecting. That said, we have only done this on your more standard keyboards, and some plastics do not like it...
