G11 Keyboard shorcut key

Hello, Is there a way I can set a shortcut for one of the keys to open "sound" in the control panel. For some reason, on windows 7, I can not get sound to simultaneously play sound from my speakers and my headphones, so I need to switch the default when I want to go to my headphones. I have already set a key for control panel, but I want to see if I can go directly to sound instead


unless I can fix this another way ofcourse. my soundcard is built in to the motherboard. Asus P5n-e sli

Not sure if this works in win7 but it works in xp.
