Upon installing 353.06, my V-Sync and G-Sync global settings is changed.

With the above config, does that mean that G-Sync is active until the monitor's refresh limit (144hz) is hit, then V-Sync is enacted?

From my testings, it appears to behave that way. I just need an official confirmation to ensure that my experience isn't a placebo effect.

What I want: G-Sync when refresh rate is below 144hz, V-Sync enabled when refresh rate hits 144hz.

Yup, that is a new feature for Gsync with the newest drivers. A lot of people said they wanted that since that is how FreeSync works, so Nvidia added the option.

Haha, I thought it was a placebo effect when I saw tearing with G-Sync on Project Cars as I didn't think I was anywhere near 144FPS (1440p Surround). Low and behold Fraps shows 143FPS, but with visual tearing (tearing only apparent as it's on the road and bottom tenth of the screen). Might try 353.06 out after the drivers get some feedback (ie. no stupid bugs like system rebooting while browsing chrome).
