G.Skill vs PQI ram

Both brands of memory are around the same price with the same timings. But I want memory that is from a better company I guess. I can't afford anything higher than $110 per 1 gig stick right now so it boils down to GSkill or PQI?

Which ram company would you go with?

If you're going for the 1GB Cas2 sticks on Newegg it won't matter. If they aren't DOA (which case you'll deal directly with the 'Egg) they'll probably live out thier usefulness anyway. In general my experience G.skill makes better RAM, but PQI has faster RMA.

I got the G.SKILL 2-3-2-8 DDR400. Works fine @ DDR400. No complaints

I am using PQI Tubro PC4000, bought it form newegg for $103 AR 2X512MB works like a charm @ 500MHZ.

I bought PMI Turbo Memory (Now PQI) Dual Channel DDR400 it runs just fine at 400mhz. Paid for $108.
